Paragon Technical Services: Technical Support Manager

Paragon Technical Services in Richland has an opening for a Technical Support Manager that will be responsible for the internal support of ErgonArmor’s customers from an application and demonstration standpoint.    

The person chosen will ensure that the application equipment is available, clean, and properly functioning for customer demonstrations and will maintain the Technical Training Center in an orderly fashion for customer visits and applications.  The person selected will also prepare professional samples for customers and trade shows and evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of various coatings from an application standpoint.    

A high school or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree Chemistry or related technical field being preferred.  Two or more years of laboratory and/or application experience with coatings is a must, with experience in asphaltic and epoxy coatings being highly preferred. 

The person selected must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.  The person selected also must have proven project leadership capabilities with minimal direct supervision and strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan and complete work assignments.
